Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All MutarLi subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error.
• You were charged twice for the same subscription period.
• The app was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our side.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at morbar4@gmail.com with your email address and the date of the charge. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
